The organic fertilizer fermentation equipment is a new generation of equipment developed by our company. It has changed the traditional fermentation process of the pond method, improved the production efficiency and produced a step of organic fertilizer products.

Performance characteristics

1. On-line CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization(121°C/0.1MPa).
2. According to the requirement of hygiene, the structure design is very humanized and easy to operate. The drive is stable and the noise is low.
3. Suitable ratio between diameter and height; according to the need to customize the mixing device,so the energy saving, stirring, the fermentation effect is good.
4. The inner tank has the surface polishing treatment (roughness Ra is less than 0.4 mm). Every outlet, mirror, manhole and so on.

Working principle

The fermentation takes advantage of the decomposition of microorganisms in the nature,uses aerobic microorganism activity through continuous aerobic fermentation in a closed fermenter,decomposes the organic matter and decomposes the material at high temperature,and decomposes the material at high temperature.Thoroughly deodorizing and killing parasites,germs and other harmful substances,the moisture content of the material decreased,the volume decreased,and finally produced a larged amount of organic fertilizer rich in organic matter. 

After the fast fermentation process, the materials are ready for the Pig Manure Production Line for further processing.
